Picked Fresh Strawberry Salsa

Using fresh berries picked at the peak of ripeness will make your salsa the sweetest!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Picked Strawberries washed and diced
- 1/2 cup medium red onion peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeno diced, stem and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 lime, freshly squeezed juice about 2 Tbs
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 drizzle honey optional, for sweeter salsa
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and gently toss until all combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle a little honey on top if you'd like a little more sweetness.
